Dodge is the founder of Bournemouth 7s, Viper 10, and the EventCrowd.  He’s promoted events for over 20 years & become a key figure in the industry. He also hosts the No.1 Podcasts The Eventful Entrepreneur and The Harry Redknapp Show.

Fleur worked in London, New York and Bournemouth at JP Morgan before becoming part of the Diamond Sporting Group team. Fleur also represented Wales in both Hockey and Athletics.

Craig holds operational responsibility for delivering events at DSG. A Sports Management Graduate from Plymouth University and Prince 2 qualified Project Manager, Craig thrives in delivering events from concept to completion.

Paul is a BA Events Management Graduate and has a vast experience of working with Festivals. His expansive experience and knowledge within the Events Industry and passion for Sports and Music make him a great asset to our team.

With a strong passion for sport and design, Matt is responsible for ensuring the team continue to produce high quality, original products and content, as well as maintaining strong brand identities.

Dan has a background in journalism and digital management, and has combined this experience with his passion for sport to help create and deliver new and exciting content.

Roya is a Bournemouth University graduate and a passionate rugby player & supporter. Her talent for sales shone through during a placement year at Bournemouth 7s, she consequently became a full time member of staff in 2018.

Callie is a Sports Management Graduate and is passionate about all things Sport and Marketing. This combination along with her dedication on her placement year at DSG has resulted in her becoming Commercial Executive at B7s
